The Bidding Process
Neighborhood Learning Academy is hosting a Silent Auction to raise funds for our school and community outreach programs. This exciting event provides an opportunity for families, partners, and community members to bid on a variety of unique items and experiences, with all proceeds directly supporting our educational initiatives and local outreach efforts.
Auction Timeline
- Bidding Opens: Monday, September 28, 2026
- Bidding Closes: Friday, October 2, 2026
- Winner Notification: Following the close of bidding, all final bids will be reviewed, and winners will be officially notified with instructions for payment and item pickup.
Guidelines & Bidding Rules
- Minimum Bids: To ensure we meet our fundraising goals for our students and community programs, each auction item will have a designated minimum opening bid.
- Bidding Increments: Bidders must follow the specified increment increases listed on each item's bidding sheet or digital portal.
- Finality: All sales are final, and items are sold in an "as-is" condition.
